Service Description
You will be painting a portrait of your pet on an 11x14" high quality stretched canvas. Please email a clear and good quality photo no later the Wednesday prior to class at noon. Bring a copy of your photo to the session. An electronic copy, such as one on your phone that you can zoom into, is best. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks (BYOB). We have bottle openers, cork screws and glasses.
Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING: We understand that plans change! You may reschedule your regular in-studio class to any available same-priced session at no charge, as long as you notify us at least 1 Week before your scheduled class time. Simply contact us and we'll move you to another session. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 1 Week or more before class time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 1 Week before class or no-shows are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to another available session. Please contact us by phone, email, or through our website to reschedule or cancel your reservation. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met 2 hours prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel the class. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another available session at no charge. WALK-INS: Walk-ins are welcome at the beginning of any class that has met the minimum enrollment requirement (3 participants). If you see a class marked as "Confirmed" on our booking calendar, feel free to stop by! Walk-ins pay the same rate as pre-registered participants and are subject to availability.
