Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING: We understand that plans change! You may reschedule your regular in-studio class to any available same-priced session at no charge, as long as you notify us at least 1 Week before your scheduled class time. Simply contact us and we'll move you to another session. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 1 Week or more before class time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 1 Week before class or no-shows are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to another available session. Please contact us by phone, email, or through our website to reschedule or cancel your reservation. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not met 2 hours prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel the class. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another available session at no charge. WALK-INS: Walk-ins are welcome at the beginning of any class that has met the minimum enrollment requirement (3 participants). Walk-ins pay the same rate as pre-registered participants and are subject to availability.
